Mickey

From the Register-Pajaronian:

Everyone hopes to leave behind the sort of legacy Mickey Crumpton did.

Crumpton, the founder and president of Pacific AgPak, an innovator of the plastic clamshells in which Watsonville’s strawberries are shipped, was also a noted philanthropist who had many friends in the Pajaro Valley.

He died Sunday after suffering a massive cerebral hemorrhage on April 18. He was 63. He had been in the hospital on life support for a week before his family made the difficult decision to say goodbye.
