		<description>CBA is useful, but it takes someone with the knowledge of how to use it.  I think the problem is less of dishonesty and one if ignorance.  You can think your flying the plane correctly because the horizon is level, and then, when you clear the clouds you find yourself up side down and heading toward a big splat!</description>
