High-Profileest

You’re at the top of the company. You’re out there, conducting interviews with the media, traversing the country in your corporate jet. You have the most high-profile job.

But according to Microsoft Word, it’s really the high-profileest job:

Get it? That’s high-profile, high-profiler, and high-profileest.

  1. Your technological commentary is high-brower than mine. I usually just say “F#$KING CRAZY MICROSOFT @!#$(U@#$(@*#!!!” and leave it like that.

I really, really wanted to fly off the handle when I put my copy of Halo into my Xbox a few years ago and was greeted with a full-screen message that read “Error: This is an Xbox(R) Game Disc. Please insert it into an Xbox(R) Game Console to continue.” My roommate and I were like “But… Wha…. Who… How…” and I think we just stared at it, flabbergasted, for about 5 minutes. It raised so many questions, like “What sort of circumstances would lead to my Xbox telling me that sort of thing? And does the machine KNOW it’s acting this way?”
